We are not going to spend our daily life with regular white rice, but with red rice.

It doesn't mean I don't want to eat red rice. It's just, mmm, I need adjustment, okay. It's like "foreign" to me and I have to start to eat that last Sunday night.
Well, red rice is better than white rice we usually eat everyday.
It's low-sugar and fiber-rich.
I was concerning about my body, because I usually eat rice or sugar (chocolate, milk, bread etc..) a lot, but I don't have any routine exercise.So I decided YES for red rice! :D
