Hold On To Sixteen, We Are Young

Glee has been airing for around 50 episodes and has done more than 100 numbers with many of them were on the top of the music chart. And it keeps bringing different and yet exciting story about all of the amazing characters (also the casts), together with the beautiful message.

This week's episode, was one of the most memorable episodes. It's not only just about Sectionals or New Directions' third time winning the sectionals, but it's about the very last part of this episode.
Sam Evans (holding guitar) returns to McKinley
and Rory (yellow shirt) showing off his Irish adorkableness.
I was excited when I read the songlist of the episode. I was like, "I know that this song will be all about fun and reminiscing New Directions' members incredible journey", and it was true!

Well, after the Sectionals, Quinn, who has finally turned into the very very nice girl, came into the ladies toilet and talked to Mercedes, Santana and Brittany. Quinn talked about what she believes is true; when they're 27, or 87, what will they remember about high school? Why waste a chance to have great time with people who love you and people you love.
((That is the second time both Dianna Agron and her character, Quinn, said such beautiful words. Love you, D! And note that Mercedes, Santana and Brittany quitted New Directions and joined Troubletones, the rival to New Directions, because they felt being treated unfair etc)
*I almost cried on this scene*
Then Rachel started the song beautifully and continued by her man, Finn, and Ken-Barbie couple (Sam and Quinn lol). All of sudden, Mercedes, Santana, Brittany and Sugar Motta (that note-deaf girl teehee) came into the auditorium and sang along with them.
So the reunion continued.....

We Are Young
Give me a second I
I need to get my story straight
My friends are in the bathroom
Getting higher than the Empire State

My lover she's waiting for me
Just across the bar
My seats been taken by some sunglasses
Asking 'bout a scar

And I know I gave it to you months ago
I know you're trying to forget
But between the drinks and subtle things
The holes in my apologies
You know I'm trying hard to take it back

So if by the time the bar closes and you feel like falling down
I'll carry you home

Tonight, we are young
So let's set the world on fire
We can burn brighter than the sun

html ]
Now I know that I'm not
All that you got
I guess that I
I just thought maybe we could find new ways to fall apart but our friends are back
So let's raise a cup
Cause I found someone to carry me home

Tonight
We are young
So let's the set the world on fire
We can burn brighter
Than the sun

Carry me home tonight
Just carry me home tonight
Carry me home tonight
Just carry me home tonight

The world is on my side, I have no reason to run
So will someone come and carry me home tonight
The angels never arrived but I can hear the choir
So will someone come and carry me home

Tonight
We are young
So let's set the world on fire
We can burn brighter
Than the sun

So if by the time the bar closes
And you feel like falling down
I'll carry you home tonight ....

The very very big group hug that made me burst out into tears

There lots of group numbers that I love and I'd kill to hear them singing those songs in front of me.
(I couldn't make a list of that. It'll kill me if I have to sort those songs off from the one that I love the most, second, the third and so on)
I also cried for several times, especially on this number. *sits on the corner* (if ever somebody says boys don't cry, well he/she will never understand people completely, simply said, mentally blinded).

"We Are Young" brought me back to "Don't Stop Believing"

"Don't Stop Believing" is a song that is really glee. It already describes the show itself, to never give up upon your dreams and yourselves. And season 3 got "We Are Young", which is just all about the continuance of the incredible journey. A journey that is full of struggle to reach the top, big dreams, dramas, love, devastating moment and most importantly, the joy of being whoever they are and their true identity as a music-being in a glee club.

I have it all in my life. And in several times in my life, Glee helped me through those tough times.
Thank you very much. #gr8ful

Last but not least,
Sam once quoted lines from a famous song in this episode;

"Hold On to Sixteen, As Long As You Can"

SeaGames 2011

26th Sea Games 2011 was held in Indonesia. The cities that got the privilege to hold this ASEAN sporting event is Jakarta and Palembang. I'm incredibly proud to witness this rising of Indonesia as one big nation through sports.

It's not about the achievements of all of our beloved athletes that brought Indonesia to the top this year, and became the overall winner/champion, but the OPENING and the CLOSING CEREMONY of Sea Games 2011.

First, the Opening Ceremony held last November 11th, gave me chills all night long. I finally felt the glorious moment of Indonesia, the same feeling I felt when I was watching the celebration of 100th Awakening of Indonesia last 2007! I couldn't sleep and stop thinking about it (and thankfully the day after that was Saturday, so no worries~). The opening was spectacular, unforgettable and undeniably Beijing Olympic 2008-esque, but of course, the ceremony brought our amazing culture beautifully and majestically.

Pandawa: the Chronicles of Bharatayudha

Months of preparation, staying late at school, the effort exerted for this production has finally paid off with pride when everyone clapped their hands for us last Friday, November 4th 2011.  We could not stop feeling showered by glitter of joy. We actually had a permanent smile and a big “I Am Proud to Become a Part of This” marked on our face.

Changing the Content of the Blog!

One of my seniors, who is also a TV-addict, creates a blog that talks about TV shows, movies etc.
I've posted several reviews and recaps in this blog before
and it's going to take my time everyday if I have to write reviews/recaps for everything that I've watched.
(note: during summer holiday, I watched The Glee Project ad So You Think You Can Dance, but this fall, I'm watching Glee, The Big Bang Theory, NCIS, iCarly, America's Next Top Model, Supernatural and The Amazing Race. It'll help my English though, but seriously? lol)

I don't have any idea whether I want to keep it that way or not.
I am free for suggestions because this blog isn't only a journal :)
.....A song review? A book review? A science-related news..just like my tumblr? or a travel guide from someone who hasn't been there before? lol
I wish people who read this blog won't compare mine with him (because he writes everything well!)
Speaking about those TV series and shows,

MY BODY CAN'T CONTAIN THE JOY OF WATCHING THEM AGAIN~
*dances randomly*
I LOVE EVERYTHING.
(especially) Glee season 3 has always excited me every week. Without a question.
And for the very first time, The Amazing Race has Indonesia as one of its leg of the race!
Yeay for Indonesia!

Have a nice day!

Cardiac Arrhythmia

Remember Kayla Ferell from America's Next Top Model cycle 15? That closeted lesbian who finally turned out into a fierce red-haired woman along the competition?
She is currently joining the current cycle of ANTM (All Stars America's Next Top Model)

--I've personally grown as a better person, an art-enthusiast who will kill to learn and be anything I want since I watched that lol
And there's something that I'd like to share.

Current photos of Kayla in this cycle
It was the fourth episode of this cycle, that has made me think about something.
After Kayla told us how surprised she was when Isis was eliminated, Kayla felt dizzy and she was kind of asthmatic (which freaked everyone out). Then she was urged to the hospital and once she came back, she told everybody that she's diagnosed with Cardiac arrhythmia, which I think it's called "Gangguan Irama Jantung" in Indonesia.

This is how it all started.
As you all know that my grandma is diagnosed with stadium III cancer and the chemotherapy causes her heart to weaken. We definitely have a blood pressure monitor with addition of a heart rate monitor.
Once I was asked to check my blood pressure and heart rate, everyone was shocked.
It was sort of controversial in my house and everyone started to tell me everything that I should do
(such as eat more vegetables!)
(oh, and I still don't know why I've almost never eaten any in my life)
Years of not enough fiber diets, lack of vitamins and perhaps full of proteins and carbohydrates (+fats). How one earth can I reach 30 now?
(NOTE: My blood pressure and heart rate aren't always high or low. It changes. Depends on the situation. I'm easily panicking.)
I do feel that they are right but there's a part of me that thinks food can't be the cause. I really knew that it is something came from my mind.
Apparently, it is actually possible. My doctor said it could be the problem with the heartbeats or maybe stress-related thing.

Well, I do consider that one too.
I've never been frustrated with anything, but my choice for my future.
Y'all know that I love everything and I would like pursue my passions on them. But passion is not enough.

I need to be determine and I need to focus on something in my life.

I feel like a numb. I'd rather be a stone than a person who eventually has to decide which path would he take. If that didn't appear in my mind in one day, I might have gone from this world.
I am not rich so my financial condition won't be as safe as those who are.
My parents have limit (I hate saying this).
And every single thing I do, every path I walked, everything that I've thought will affect every single thing in my life someday. I can't take it easy because it's a huge deal. Almost like a live-or-die situation.

I envy people who have already decided what would they want to do in the future.
I do have the DECISIONS, not DECISION.

It's like cardiac arrhythmia. I'm out of tempo.
Everything is unbalanced in my life.
Wish I could be free
 and don't have to decide
at the same time.

Melanie Moore replied me! and Amber Riley favorited my tweet but she unfavorited it lol

It probably sounds annoying, but I really miss her!!!
I MISS HER SO MUCH!
I just hope that she knows it <3
I REALLY LOVE THEM!

Bynamic Fest 2011 #CitraCitaCinta

The Journey.....

"Yes, we are different" is the slogan for this year's Bynamic Fest, a Binus Harmony of Are & Music Festival, by Binus International School Serpong students. We had the successful Bynamic Fest two years ago and now, the committee intended to continue our seniors' hard work to promote our school, also to create an environment that supports the students involve to be more independent, sociable and responsible.
There are so many art & music festivals held by the other school in Indonesia, but the committee has initiative to make something different. Instead of having bands/performers only, they decided to showcase the heritage of Indonesia.

There are five different zones, that each represents the natural & cultural heritage of Indonesia:
